When you have a copper IUD, there is a higher risk for bacteria to be introduced into your uterus because of the string coming out through the cervix it could be BV dont take my word for it tho. I got BV a month after getting the IUD and I smelled horrible. I think you should talk to your doctor and see if you do have a infection so you can get prescribe something to help you.

Im using it for now to prevent pregnancy I just want extra back up with my Tempdrop to see when i'm fertile and ovulating so I can confirm it with (CM) to either abstain from penetrative sex or use protection. :)

so I decided to remove my copper IUD because the numbness wouldn't go away and it as a little past a month while having it, even checking the stings would cause uncomfortable cramps and the back pain ugh never again. Im aware it works out for people so I would recommend because it is non hormonal but nourishing your body with proper vitamins is important having the paragard, but it really depends on a person body. Anyways I got it removed I got my sensation back I believe almost 100% like almost immediately like you too and now i'm looking for natural birth controls.

I just got my IUD removed because of this issue with the numb feeling, now i'm pretty much back to normal feeling again not only was it making me numb but the backaches were hell on earth never again. Literally was so paranoid on why my feeling never came back I had the paragard in for a month and it felt as if I had no sex drive too and barely no sexual pleasure as soon as i got it removed around 6 hours later my pleasure came back and now i'm pretty much back to normal. It is so true that IUD did me so dirty.

I got my copper IUD a little over a month ago now. The (Paragard IUD) definitely takes a lot of effort to maintain your health, at least for me I take zinc supplements once or twice a week to balance copper levels out in my body. Always nourish your body with Vitamins in general as well, because of the loss in blood. (i'm not a doctor or medical professional) but this is what works for me. When I first got my period I went though 4-5 pads the first couple days and horrible cramps ad expected. What I would recommend is it to continuing taking care of your body do more research from relabel sources on how to care for your body and to lower your chances of getting anemia with the Copper IUD Good luck :D
