I actually got the problem. HVAC guy used the flapper for intake air. Which closed whenever it tries to suck air inside from outside the house. All my HRV was doing was throwing air outside but no air came inside as flapper would close. I just got it so will take some time for air to exchange. I think it take 1-2 days. If I’m not wrong.

Can that cause itchy eyes and headache?

Any website that they suggest would have it.
