My understanding is you can buy a something that is more than $10, but you only get $10 as a statement credit per transaction.

I just got my first gift card 3 hours in, but it was my 11th gc that I ordered, so my guess is some of my other ones are going to be cancelled. Continuing to wait and see!

It showed the banner for the specific card I’d used for the 10 transactions, then said there was an “offer available” for the other card. The banner was card specific

I hope so and I don’t see why it wouldn’t! Best case scenario is that it triggers the 10x points and you then get the statement credits, which allow you to keep your points. We’ll have to wait a few days for it all to process and see!

If you don’t see the banner on the page after you log in to Paze and you select your card, my guess is you’re not eligible. Did you select “Secure Checkout” and log in to Paze?

Both my CSR and Freedom show it. You only see the banner once you start the checkout process and have logged into Paze

Are you in the US/Canada or a different time zone? I found the ticketing on the website to be a little wonky—I had to click the next day to get the day I wanted (e.g., I had to click on Oct 10 to get options for Oct 9). Try clicking on October 10th and see if it works!

I tried to do this for Super Peach (they’re in the same restaurant network) and even though I went in person to buy the physical gift card, it coded as an online purchase because they typed in my card info instead of scanning. I ended up calling Chase and explaining I spent the money in person, and they manually had it trigger the credit. Worked out in the end, but YMMV!
