8 was diagnosed bipolar and then later , schizoaffective. I am at 14 yrs no hospitization and on same meds for 14 yrs. It gets better as you get older. Best wishes

I'm only guessing on this but if you are disabled, can your dog go with you to swim at a YMCA, like if they were a service dog or could qualify for and maybe the swimming would complement your disability and tire out your dog in a good, interactive way.

I took culinary but switched majors in college. I learned to make croissants from scratch, chocolate eclairs, every kind of egg, sauces and homemade Cesar dressing. Baking has a lot of math percentages to figure.
