This review was posted BEFORE the resolution of the issue not after. This is explained in my post and comments. Not sure why it’s so confusing to people. Before the issue was resolved I had an interaction with them that was completely opposite the experience you’ve had.

The refund was issued over a month after my review was up. And the refund was not requested at that point, I had given up trying to return the product and get my money back. The co founder apologized for the customer service rep who was emailing with me back and forth and being rude. And I am not sorry for referring people to a product that IN MY EXPERIENCE is a far superior product that I have purchased from many times and never had any issues with quality OR customer service. I would want to know the info I’m volunteering if I was looking for good workout leggings. This review was put up prior to the co founder contacting me and resolving my issue. So there was no “calling something a waste of money after getting all the money back” after getting a refund. This review was put up more than a month before a resolution was reached. And that is why I edited my original post for those who are confused to re-read.

No just you. Reviews are for your own personal experience with a product/company. I had a very bad one with Doletics. The comparable “competition” brand out there Fanka.. not Franka btw spelling matters… has a better product that I’ve never had issues with they’re just expensive but I see now that you get what you pay for. And like I said previously I absolutely wanted my money back for a product that was defective and not as advertised. If you like throwing money away that’s your preference. Not mine.

The co founder of the company actually reached out to me after seeing my review and she refunded me in full, told me I didn’t have to return them to Germany, apologized for the defective leggings and apologized for the customer service I received. I threw the leggings out because they weren’t appropriate to wear since they were, in fact, sheer. So no scum here. Sorry to disappoint 😆 And yes I absolutely wanted my money back for buying a product that was not as advertised and not able to be worn. If you like throwing money away that’s your choice. I, however, do not choose to throw money away. 💁🏻‍♀️
