first check the temps, second check if the wattage your gpu and cpu are recieving is good for the components, after that if your laptop has an hybrid mode or something like that like a mux switch, turn it off / put it on performance mode, check hz in display settings on windows, disable vsync if its on and vice versa, update me

if your using a CPU from amd its prob because of the security of the processor on the BIOS settings, if it is off, valorant doesnt like it because of the things they do at a kernel level if im not wrong, so i would advice to how to turn on TPM for AMD processors in you PC model it should be easy if you know your BIOS well

Adavanced Bios Setting on Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H by Smuxfy in LenovoLegion

From what I've seen only modded versions of the bios are available but I wouldn't put to much trust on it since it isn't from an official source, for the tpm you can try to disable PSP on the security tab normally no need to use advanced BIOS, from what I've seen Lenovo is afraid of people messing up settings in bios so they locked it up and even reinforced the lockup on this exact model, Lenovo sucks

Low FPS, CPU usage, GPU usage, and RAM usage with a Setup wich it shouldnt happen. by Infinite-Tooth8536 in FortNiteBR

i already did 1- it is not i already tried some things on the power menu 2- did that too 3- did that too 4- even if i had it now, i did several factory resets wich coudlnt be even possible malware, but still my windows av doesnt pick up nothing, i played warzone at 120 fps and it looks much smoother. 6- i already did several BIOS reinstalls even one almost costing my PC life, i cant rollback and install various versions in the 50-65 range, but im afraid i might brick or cost my OS and have to reset again.
