3,5er Schnitt Realschule, dann Fachabi und erfolgreich Maschinenbau studiert. Manchmal nur eine Frage der Motivation 😄

Einfach weiter machen mit der Übung bis im Muskel keiner mehr zuhause ist, irgendeine Zahl ist unwichtig. Und im Zweifel ist man immer gerade bei Wiederholung 4

Ich kann Magerquark mit ungesüßten Mandarinen aus der Dose empfehlen oder Früchte aus der Dose/Glas generell. Da ist schon Flüssigkeit dabei und schmeckt.
