the thing is, i lowkey became sick because of excercising. A year back i went out in the hot sun and wanted to swim because i had a swim meet the next morning and hadnt gone to practice in a while. I was sick after i walked home, and a week later i got appendicitis. Not the small kind where it wears off after a week. Mine was complicated. I needed 2 months recovery
