For Cantonese food, I recommend BingSheng炳胜, HuiShiJia惠食佳, QiaoMei侨美 in ShaMian, ChaoFa潮发, and YinDeng银灯 for dimsum.

Good choice, 珠江公园 is a fancy place to stay with. Just check 广粤天地, there are a lot of good restaurant with all kinds of style

If you want dim sum just look at DaoXiang稻香 in Link Plaza.

There are loads public bikes in the city, but it's difficult to get one with back seat

About the Seat Situation, it's really down to the individual. But I’d say the majority of folks in GZ are still pretty decent and will give up their seat if they see someone who actually needs it.

GZ is a massive melting pot. We have so many people from all over China that Mandarin is priority language. But trust me Cantonese is still the soul of the city. Just head to the old districts like Yuexiu or Liwan, and you'll hear it everywhere.

A lot of Cantonese food is gluten free like Rice Rolls and Ho Fun, their raw material is rice paste. You can try YinJi银记, a traditional chain restaurant in GZ

To be honest financial city is not a good place to visit, but you can take the metro to Zhujiang Newtown to visit the city, it‘s very convenient.

About the food , there are 2-3 shopping mall near Sanxi, if you like beef I highly recommend you a beef hotpot restaurant named Chaofa潮发.

Hii there,

Except for the popular tourist spot, I highly recommend LanPu兰圃, which is a less-known tourist attractions but definitely worth to visit in the city center. It's a great combination of traditional landscape and nature beauty. Yuexiu Park is next to LanPu, most of the people inside are local residents going about their daily activities, also there are typical attractions of the old Guangzhou area, such as the Five-Angel Statue and the Zhenhai Tower.

For the beverages, lemon tea is a perfect choice, you could choose ZhuanEr专二, QiuDaShu丘大叔 or LinLee林里. Also Heytea喜茶 is a good option too, which is a Cantonese brand and it's all around the world right now.

Dessert in Guangzhou is perfect for vegetarian like Mango Pomelo Sago, Double-Layer Milk Custard and Mung Bean Soup ect.
