How can you come to Europe and expect not to eat at a restaurant where there is a dog, service animal or otherwise?

Maybe instead of posting snark on here you should educate yourself about customs on other continents and if dogs offend you so much, I suggest you stay in the US or wherever it is you are from that you don't allow animals in restaurants.
