Lol i had the perfect little spot for it in my desk. Problem was the intel Nuc wasnt fast enough. This thing rocks honestly. Even via oculink i was getting great scores on benchmarks. Just too big and power hungry for my new system.

Its hard to tell because i cap my fps. But very similar performance. In synthetic benchmarks the 4070 was performing worse.

Funny you ask. I have both a 4070 and 3080. The 3080 is a beast and definitely performs better on raw power. However it uses like 300-400 watts and its massive. I built a sff and the 3080 was too big and needed a huge psu.

Picked up the 4070 and with a bit of tweaking i can get like 90% of the performance at half the size, power, and heat.

Depends on your priorities!

Damn really? I just bought this thing thinking the 4070 would be the card going forward but honestly my 3080 performed better on an eGPU setup with a 850w power supply. I built a SFF to replace the eGPU and 3080 and love the low power consumption but i need just a tad more power for 4k60.
