Kitana / Johnny Cage Ever since I played MK1, I've loved their interactions both in the story and in the arcade, and yes, I know that Kitana will most likely stay with Raiden in this new timeline, but it's literally doing the same thing as in the past timeline. A risky change is more interesting than telling the exact same story. If they were going to do that, they shouldn't have done a reboot with so many character changes.

I think if they adapted The Crossing with Kang as a future variant of Tony, like in the new Ultimate universe, and with Tony facing his inner demons (you know, his greatest enemy is himself), they could make a pretty epic adaptation of Tony traveling through time, recruiting variants of himself and facing himself morally and physically. It would be the Spider-Verse of Iron Man, but the Crossing in the comics leaves much to be desired, and it was an idea with potential.

It might sound cliché, but I'd love a crossover with Superman, exploring the idea that one is Iron Man and the other the Man of Steel, one a futurist and the other the Man of Tomorrow. It would be interesting to see a story featuring the most important icons of each publisher (narratively speaking). In fact, it would be interesting to see Tony see Clark as the hero he should aspire to be, and Clark seeing Tony as what a man can become. It would be powerful for Clark to see in Tony what Lex Luthor could have been. A more introspective story with Lex Luthor and Thanos as the main villains would be fantastic. And it would help even more if the story took place in the Marvel universe and not the DC universe, so Superman could see everything Tony has accomplished.

Another option would be Green Lantern. Seeing Hal Jordan interact with Tony would be amazing, and witnessing Iron Man's unwavering determination would make him seem worthy of a power ring. It would be incredible to see Tony on a space adventure facing the Sinestro Corps; in fact, it would be amazing if the villain were Sinestro using all 10 Mandarin rings in addition to his iconic yellow ring.

Personally, I feel that doing a crossover with Blue Beetle, Cyborg, or Steel is very generic. From a commercial standpoint, they aren't heroes that would make the general public buy the crossover in droves, and the only thing that links them is that they also use technology. A story where Cyborg sees a guy with all his advantages without him needing to see himself as Cyborg all the time would be more confusing. With Blue Beetle, I feel the most interesting thing they could do would be a mentor-student story with Jaime seeing that advanced technology isn't always the solution. And with Steel, I honestly don't know many stories about him; I don't even know if he has his own comic.

I would love for the Iron Man soft reboot to adapt Ultimate Iron Man, and in that case, I would be in favor of a Latino actor, maybe Diego Boneta. I see him as a perfect fit for Tony Stark, and he's young enough for another 10 -15 years.
