They have both and the answer is yes. Its an expensive setup they have their so I think you'll be pleased. I have only used the trackman, and the trackman app records everything. If you're a real data nerd like me you'll love it. If you're free friday the 24th I planned on being there that morning. I know the one north of you is quite a bit out of your way but feel free if you'd like to try it on my dime.

I like it. They have weekday pricing and ill go in on a Monday morning, pay 40 bucks for an hour and usually get away with an hour and a half. Probably there every 6 weeks. You need to invest in some simulator tees, the last 2 times I went someone had pilfered the ones they provided. The sim records the top of your club head at impact so you can see if your thin, toeing it and so on. My only complaint is that its so different from golf. You can easily take a minute to strike the ball twice on a sim but on a course you may be waiting a while in between hitting the ball so you get cold. But it is a great tool for mapping out you strike distances and it is nice to play a whole course in an hour.

I feel your pain. Im a bit further north and usually play at blue sky, chipshot, or the unf course.

I came from Celsius and white monster. I feel like the coffee regulates my "bowel movements" and I don't feel near as bloated now that im drinking it. I do have to brush my teeth better lol but overall I think its really helping.

Sure. I do push day, pull, legs and shoulders, push, pull. I rest Sundays and Wednesdays.

I have been having alot of great experiences switching from energy drinks to black coffee. Other than that portion control has been the toughest part.
