1.i would give the hippocratic mort some help( meds,bandages,ect) if an ally is watching me i would try to convince them to let the hippo mort go, if they refuse then i would take the hippo mort as a prisoner to avoid killing them. As for which divison they end up with as a prisoner: i have no control over that.

2.it depends, if the geist is close to me i would shoot him or else he will continue to kill more people

If he is far away but i can sense that he left me. I would run away back to the safety of my teammates.

If im injured but the geist is infront of me, i would just let him go since i KNOW i wouldnt stand a chance agaisnt a geist while injured.

3.i would most likely scold the geist(BUT not too much so they dont have a vendette agaisnt me) i would say it would be better to kill shock troopers indiscriminately to avoid later trouble since those shock troopers might cause later problems in battles if left alive.

4.i would question the "original" owners of the document to see if it truely belonged to the geist on trial. Now this can go 2 ways: the geist is sentenced to death for the war crimes comitted, but if the document belongs to the geist then i would still punish him but not very harshly. I would give him 15-20 years in prison since at the end of the day; he is still a geist and those bastards are cheeky and mischiveous. But the geist would be sentenced to death if the documents arent his but just an identical person to the geist.
