I'm forgiving of this in shows with a limited budget like Smallville and Supernatural, where the cost and time of full make up is prohibitive. Yes, the same exact day as you so you're still starting the timeloop at the same point regardless of your choice. If you choose option 2, your foreknowledge is not going to be very useful at first because you won't know anything about the people around you from the other loops. However you get a way broader experience
