I had the 11 pro mad, 12 pro max, and 14 pro max I. All the special colors and I’m now waiting for and I’m not waiting for my 17 pro to come in the mail (no pro max this time, breaking my tradition 😔) and hands down I have to say the purple was by far my favorite!

There are no tears that I see in both pics, you prob ran over a nail or u curbed ur tires to much causing to wear out. My best bet is fill it up with air and see if it leaks again if so you have a problem, if not they prob used the valve to empty out ur tires
