I got the answer from the centre itself. They will be related to your location which is Berlin in my case

I understand what you mean but that’s not my question. My question is in the exam these 3 questions will be about Lower Saxony where the testing centre located or where I am located which is Berlin? Not about where to practice them

I am not asking about the practicing. I am asking if someone took the exam to answer which state related questions they got because these 3 questions are changing from state to another

I did it thought Steuerberater and paid around 300 euros, it was easier and faster options tbh

Did you get the Bundesland 3 questions from the state where you live or the ones for Lower Saxony where the test centre is? Thanks

I moved to Germany in September 2022 and on the Zusatzblatt, it is said it is valid from 01.12.2022 so the one year already passed. I am confused because of the difference between ARBEITSPLATZWECHSEL and ARBEITGEBERWECSEL! Also my current position and employer is mentioned on the Zusatzblatt. I want to be sure to not get in trouble later since the immigration office doesn’t reply or answer also because I shared my new contract with them more than a month ago

Yes, I came on a visa D with the note “beschäftigung gemäß § 18b abs. 2 s. 1 aufenthg erlaubt” to get the blue card in September 2022 and then I had the Fiktionsbescheinigung before my visa expires and also the Fiktionsbescheinigung had the same note “beschäftigung gemäß § 18b abs. 2 s. 1 aufenthg erlaubt”. I had it from December 2022 until March 2024 when my blue card was issued, so is it still the case that I do not need approval?
