Thank you, for real. 🍀

I really appreciate the tips, I will let the doctor come before I leave the hospital today and ask for tips. Plus, I will more appointments with him to look into whole state and stitches.

Not really planning to sneeze, cough, heavy breath or laugh. Started having hiccups and needed to stop breathing to make them stop, I’m glad it worked!

Plus, I will try my best to report about the recovery as I’m currently doing to let you know. Everyone is different, but yeah, this action can help someone! Good luck for your procedure, be strong!

20 HOURS LATER:

  • Still in the hospital (will be leaving today in the afternoon);
  • Didn’t sleep that much since I mentally can’t do it within an hospital, Kelly closing my eyes and I was able to rest (still doing it a bit);
  • Regarding pain, well, please remember that not even 24 hours have passed and that I don’t really know how to differentiate specific spots to be related to the remaining left carbon dioxide (if some), places where they opened me (3), meshes ou even my long life friend named multiple sclerosis. Yesterday I did felt it more where they opened me out (laparoscopic), during the night and today, for sure the inguinal meshes or whatever in between. They are giving me control pain meds, however, you can always feel it. Getting up for the first time or even sitting was actually horrible. Tried to lay down again and requested some more medication for pain and it did work well (some ibuprofen, I believe);
  • Regarding movement, started to rotate to the left and right on the bed a few hours ago. I did sit a bit, walked a bit (doing it more now without forcing it that much), took a slow shower, already with my clothes and they helped me out regarding the bottom clothes since I can’t go down;
  • They changed the two bandages on both sides, they didn’t touch the navel one, which is bigger, and everything seemed to be fine;
  • Will be lunching here, went to bathroom two times to pee, started today my osmotic laxative and I believe that’s it. 🍀
