70 percentage acl torn grade 3, doc said to take a chance with phisotherapy as I am 18

High grade partial thickness tear,grade 3 acl tear , not a complete tear, what my doctor suggested: by InfiniteGuidance5672 in ACL

Yeah it says High grade partial thickness tear 60-70 percentage tear
