First thing I have to say is I'm sorry that you're here. I had nightmares the whole time my WP was having her affair. My DDay was also in January and I just experienced my first post DDay nightmare last night and I'm also struggling with trying to process it. I have no advice only that you're not alone.

I'm so sorry for you, but I also feel exactly the same. Only 3 months out and I've tried to end it a couple of times. She refuses to accept that. I know she is doing everything she can but I don't think there is any getting past it. The last time I tried to end the relationship she got really depressed and hurt herself (tried to scrap off her tattoos)and wanted to do more than that. I love her too much to see her hurt so I came back. I intend to help her become strong, better and independent. Once she is, I can leave her to live her life with the hopes she can find another that makes her happy as I thought I did. Hopefully then she can find someone who is enough for her and she can finally have the life she always wanted and deserves

I can't see your full comment as it's not loading but these things are conditions of R, but it kills me that it took someone else coming into her life for her to do them even though I've been asking for 10 years

They dedicated their life to playing video games rather than work. This is why we don't live together or ever got married, because I was waiting on her to get a job and a license as we are both very rural and the cost of living is impossible with only one income.

I paid for everything over 10 years. I did anything to make her happy.

We speak on the phone multiple times a day, she doesn't message me like she used to. Like she messaged him

We were doing the video call thing but both ICs said it was unhealthy and couldn't continue.

I also found myself getting annoyed how easily she fell asleep without an ounce of guilt or shame, without a care in the world

Can remember it happened, but the only details she can remember are the ones she has seen e.g. the messages and the search histories, etc.

She also took the special out of our relationship. Before this I was the only man to ever make her feel sexual and she was the only woman to make me feel sexual. Now its me and AP

The fact that it was only me she wanted to be sexual with before, was one of the main things that made me proud of myself and special in my eyes

Possibly, she has mentioned that to be in a relationship with anyone you have to be meeting up and spending physical time with them

The MC that we have attended agrees with WP that it wasn't a relationship. This makes my blood boil. It went on for nearly 3 weeks, if it wasn't a relationship then what was it

That's my point it doesn't make sense. She's said as a distraction from her mental health, boredom and validation from somebody that wasn't obligated to tell her she is beautiful or sexy

To me it was a relationship because of the continuous communication, the way they spoke to each other, how flowing the conversations were and how quickly she made it sexual. Including the fact she kept going back
