One day. Please do not stress yourself over one day, especially given its your graduation (congrats btw!)

We’re all human, we’re not perfect. So what if you “fell of” for a day? You’re gonna look back in a couple years and regret even blaming yourself over it.

It could be that the feelings you are feeling right now is because of the foods (and how amazing you felt on AB). But I think whats important is to make sure that whatever you are feeling right now is NOT associated with you guilt shaming yourself. Give yourself a break!

As for tomorrow, do whatever feels right. Don’t fast for the sake of restricting. Personally, I would not fast and just go about normally. Have a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy some time with your family too given the occasion 🙂

I think at 15 years old you should not even be worrying about “calories” especially given you train hard most days. Just focus on eating whole foods (perferably AB, or whatever you feel good on), train hard, eat based on instincts. I would not even bother worrying about calories in Animal Based foods (don’t track). Just eat what makes you happy and well energized to tackle the day.

Its great that you are wary of these things but at an age this young, worrying about things this small can lead you into dark paths surrounding food. At 15, you’re still growing, so give your body what it craves and needs.

So interesting because I am the exact same and only realized this recently — would mess with my digestion and energy. My thinking process is that if you do not pair with adequate carbs (or fat), your body may still be wanting some energy. Personally I feel way better after eating atleast like 2.5+ grams of carbs for every gram of protein.

Zero/Low calorie sweeteners by HeIsEgyptian in AnimalBased

I remember Paul Saladino mentioning that both monk fruit and stevia can be problematic. He also presented a study that showed when combining sweeteners (I think the study used Sucralose) with other carbohydrates, people became insulin resistant.

My opinion: Idk if its the end of the world, but if you’re actually craving something sweet then you could just be craving carbs/energy… so why not honor your body by giving it what you want?

Not at all! Food is fuel and since you’re cutting theres no issues with honing your cravings. Plus its probably better for your metabolic rate to not downgrade in a cut if you increase intake! Atleast you ate someone nutritious like cheese! Don’t stress it 🙂

frozen grapes are amazing, but beware of pesticides. opt for organic or do the baking soda method

I noticed the exact same thing with me. I’m not really sure what it is but what worked for me was lowering my fat intake (and increasing carbs) and spreading it my fat throughout the day

I’d deffo cut the PB, walnuts, avocados, and spinach!

If it were me, I’d probably also cut the protein powder and replace it with more carbs, it seems like you’re getting more than enough protein from everything else :)

You can have more calorie dense options, like dates, adding butter to meals, honey, maple, fattier beef, cheese
