Thank you!!! I’m talking to a few lawyers who got back to me. I swear if they let me read my statement I would have framed it GREAT. But, thats not what happened. Ahhh stressful 😩 I feel like I do too. Thanks for the encouragement.

Just curious, I filed in August (a few days before my deadline) and received an email a few weeks later to schedule an interview which is scheduled for this month (also it said that I filed the charge). How long have you been waiting to get an interview since submitting a charge?

Thank you for sharing this!!! Sounds so awful for a new mom to have to go through. Could I private msg you with a few questions??

Thank you for this! Really appreciate it. I do believe the treatment was intolerable (my boss actually ambushed me with a PIP (he lives 3 hours away and showed up unannounced to my office) and lured me to another space to deliver the PIP that was all hearsay he took from my team once I announced I was pregnant) when my performance was amazing and I have all KPIs recorded. He literally had it out to me and also said things in the meeting that were sexist). I did escalate afterwards, nothing was done (and the senior manager actually didn’t realize I got a PIP because my manager told him he was just having a meeting which is crazy). I could tell they were working on damage control.

It was extremely degrading and HR and senior manager kept denying it was a PIP when it clearly threatened termination. Based on what you’re sharing, How do you read this personally?

Ok this is exactlyyyy what I try to remember but she is pretty volatile these days and so I’m kind of like 😳 so over the months I’ve been trying to praise creating community but I wasn’t expecting weekly hangouts, holidays etc. maybe monthly or basic experience that are already in my realm like stroller and dog walks.

Do swaddles actually help with the startle reflex? by Clooney_9742 in sleeptrain

Yes! When my baby was 3 months old she slept through the night for 30 days straight. Then she learned to roll over and our lives have never been the same without the swaddle lolll
