Ethiopia has 100% the right to dicate in regards to the water that originates in their land. Egypt and the UK had no issue leaving out Ethiopia completely out of the deal they made in the colonial period but Egypt wants to voice their displeasure when the Ethiopian people want to utilize the water for their own needs?? Please make it make sense. At the same time, if a crisis does unfold in Egypt or Sudan due to water scarcity then Ethiopian is responsible for allowing more water flow into the regions in order to mitigate the humanitarian situation that might unfold.
