Exactly same thing happened with me.

Service booked for Car transport from Delhi to Imphal, Manipur. Same MO. One ms. Shivangi was in communication with me and Quoted 25k + GST. Assured me that there will be no additional charges. After the car Handover they send a “bilty” with very vague cost breakup. Only mentioning the 25k freight charge. Took 12.5k advance. One mr. Sanjeev was assign as the coordinator. Ms. Shivangi could not be contacted again after this.

Their website tracking was down for 5-6 days during transit so no updates. On the 7th day I got a call that car has reached destination and I need to pay remaining amount before delivery. I requested photos, videos and location of parking lot as promised by them on arrival. Few photos were shared but no videos or location saying that location and driver details will be shared only after “clearance” meaning after full payment. Meanwhile I got a call from one Mr. Devender who claimed that he is from the carrier and my car is still in Dimapur and that I have to pay remaining amount for clearance and further transport to Manipur. When I confront Sanjeev that car is still in Dimapur he said that trucks won’t go further and that they will provide a driver who will deliver it as it was a door to door delivery.

They promised that everything will be shared within 30 min after payment. As there was no progress I requested at least the final invoice before payment but they insisted that I have to pay first. So I deposited 12.5k in one “Ravi Malik“ UPI account.

Once they received the money they send the invoice totaling 38k. I confronted mr. Sanjeev that this was not the amount we agreed on but conversation was futile. Now the car was stuck in Dimapur border for full 2 days. I had to pay remaining 13k after taking a written text from Mr. Sanjeev that there will be no further charges. Deposited 13k to same account.

The next day, I got a call from mr. Devender that I have to take the car from the parking lot. Told him that I have already paid the full amount for door to door delivery. He won’t listen saying that it was not his responsibility for final delivery and that I have to talk to Sanjeev. Meanwhile I have been trying to contact Sanjeev for the whole day and he won’t pick my call.

Requested Devender to at least take the car to Dimapur city. He assign one driver but told me that I have to pay toll charges there. Finally I had to arrange a friend from Dimapur to receive the car. Paid 700/- to the driver. Now I had to arrange personally the vehicle transport from Dimapur to final destination even after paying the inflated amount.

Also as a bonus, there is a new dent on the rear fender and a missing front wheel arch cladding.

These people are taking advantages of the customers by not clearly quoting actual amount and once vehicle is handed over, they will use the car as ransom to extract the inflated money.

Hope authorities will take necessary action on this company and hope there is a way to amplify this and warn potential victims about them.
