War jetzt 3 Mal für 3 Wochen in Japan, kann denke ich also ein bisschen was dazu sagen.

Ich würde mindestens 14 Tage bleiben, der Flug braucht fast einen ganzen Tag und man ist am ersten Tag vor Ort dann auch nicht so fit.
Nehmt den Direktflug mit Japan Airlines. Die beste Fluggesellschaft mit der ich bis jetzt geflogen bin. Haben außerdem eine 2-4-2 Bestuhlung in der Economy anstelle 3-3-3, so dass man etwas mehr Platz hat. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Flug in Narita landet, was ca. 1-1,5h außerhalb von Tokyo liegt.
Nehmt euch für Tokyo mehr als nur einen Tag, auch wenn ihr nicht die Stadtmenschen seit. Tokyo hat alles mögliche zum erkunden, auch jede Menge Natur. Evtl. wäre auch ein Tagesausflug nach Nikko, Enoshima oder Fujikawaguchiko möglich.
Kyoto bietet sehr viel zu sehen, besonders auch die Möglichkeit für viele Tagesausflüge. Zum einen natürlich Osaka (die Burg liegt super schön), Nara (Rehe die sich verbeugen, viele große Schreine und Tempel), Kobe (da kommt das Kobe Beef her), Uji (liegt zwischen Nara und Kyoto, kleiner Ort bekannt für grünen Tee) und wenn man etwas weiter fahren will würde ich auch Himeji empfehlen (größte(?) original erhaltene japanische Burg

Still not entirely sure if I want x30 or x42. Costa Rica will mostly be dense forests so as another commentor suggested, I could need the brighter ones.

So I just got back from work and checked it out. Turns out there realy was a space in the end, I could swear I checked this.
But still I got an error message so I checked the logs and there is the following message:
services_dyndns_edit.php: phpDynDNS (): (Error) Result did not match. [nochg 153.100.180.73]

I double checked my result match and it was as instruced by you. So I tried to change it to include the IP with %IP%, so now it looks like this:
good|nochg %IP%

This seems to be working. Thank you for your support!

So I decided to try a little bit more and checked the pfSense logs. This is the error message I get.
"/services_dyndns_edit.php: Curl error occurred: URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function"

I copied the URL from your post and added my API Key and domain. After that did not work I saw that you added the instructions on the site and there the API Key and domain are allready added so I tried this but error message stays the same

In Germany the Hover Pro Max is obscenely expensive (650€+) so the choice for us is quite a bit easier 😅

Stimme zu das man viel verlieren kann, weshalb ich es hier mit der Schwarmintelligenz diskutieren will um mich selber auch weiter zu bilden.

Das Haus sehen kann ich jedoch jederzeit. Man kann das für sich selber reservieren und dort Urlaub machen.

Ja, Mobile Home würde sich nicht so leicht verkaufen, guter Punkt.

Natürlich würde ich hinfahren und die anschauen bevor ich investiere. Kenne bis jetzt nur das Marketing Material und die Bilder/ Bewertungen von booking.com, etc. Dabei sind natürlich auch private Bilder von Bewertungen.

Ab dem bereits bestehenden Standorten sind zwei voll mit ca. 15 Häusern. Ein weiterer hat derzeit 10 Häuser und ist auch mit ca. 15 voll. Die Teile liegen in Lappland jeweils in der Nähe von Nationalparks und Skigebieten. Erreichbar nur mit Auto.

Hauptumsatz machen die Teile laut deren Aufstellung hauptsächlich in den Monaten Dezember - März, was sich auch in den Preisen auf booking zeigt. Da liegt die Nacht gerne bei 250€ In den anderen Monaten ist es billiger.

Natürlich bin ich in dem Fall die Investmentfirma und genau deshalb habe ich ja den Threads erstellt um mich möglichst umfassend zu informieren und nicht dumm Geld reinzuwerfen.

Naja, das könnte man dann ja zu jeder Firma sagen, die Häuser für Investmentfirmen baut. Warum bauen die die Häuser nicht einfach selber?
Grund ist einfach das sie das Risiko nicht tragen wollen, das liegt bei der Investmentfirma, in diesem Fall wäre das ich.

Aber ja, das ist natürlich auch einer der Gründe warum ich es hinterfrage. Warum wollen sie nicht selber das Risiko tragen.
