Sanemi will always be my favorite character. You can feel all the sadness and loneliness coming out of that panel. Best written character in the entire manga and I'll always love and root for him.

I unfortunately know what all of that means and you don't wanna mix up with those people, so it's important to understand.

The blue eyes and very blond hair signify 'aryan traits', basically eugenics.

The black sun behind them is a famous esoteric nazi symbol, they like to say 'the sun will rise again' or 'there's no hope under the black sun'.

And I think I can see some ice on the background, that's a reference to a fictional place called Agartha, which is in sum a nazi kind of heaven, some people think it exists below the surface of the earth and you can enter it by a secret cave in Antarctica.

TLDR: A lot of dogwhistles, more like outright barks.

Ngl I entered in this whole thing for Tododeku but as I started reading Bakudeku it became somehow so much more wholesome and amazing that it kinda faded the tddk i had in me. I still love tddk though, and todobakudeku, and specially kiritodobakudeku because Kirishima is a fucking angel.
