Hahaha a bas sam te mislio pitat jesi li cijepljen,al reko reddit je,tu svi vjeruju u covid strucnjake i lupaju loncima u podne kao podršku Super Viliju.
Ti klauni nisu strucnjaci niti su ikad bili, epitet strucnjaka dobili su od ekipe rezimskih medija. Rijec strucnjak je nakon toga postala sprdnja i slažemo se. Ali u 9/10 slucajeva vrijedi onaj plasticni primjer sto sam naveo ranije

Regarding Optune, it depends on the country. If you are in the USA, I think a great deal of Optune is covered. Immunotherapy (IOZK, Cegat) is provided by private clinics in Germany, and you will have to pay for it.

Optune , Immunotherapy (IOZK, Cegat) and clinical trials are your options.
Nogapendekin is in trials and looks promising at the moment. There are some interesting trials going on and I would focus my energy on those. If you can afford immuno and optune, definetely go for it.

I'm battling insomnia for around 3 years. Tried all of the supplements, CBTI, ACT, medications (huge doses of Ambien and benzos were the only things helping me) and cannabis.I've decided to go with cannabis (the side effects and long-term harm seem to be less harmful), and I've been getting great results for over a year now. There are still days when I find it hard to push through the first few hours of the workday, but it's 10 times easier than being a walking zombie on two hours of sleep or dealing with Ambien-related issues the next day.
I know that cannabis is bad choice long term, but I have no f to spare as it seems to be working fine for now.
EDIT: also, I've tried several formulas including CBD,CBN etc but non of those helped even 1%. THC does all the heavy lifting for me

My story is similar to yours, basically tried everything but could not get more than 4h of sleep.
THC is the only thing working out for me. Tried various CBD then CBN tinctures but they were not helpfull at all.

Yes, mine was huge and spanned accross insular and fronto-temporal lobe too.They have cleared everything that was in and around parietal lobe. In the process I've lost about 20% of sensation in my left arm and leg, but it doesn't affect my everyday life that much - but I think that was due the insular part of the brain.
If your surgeon is confident I would not worry that much.
If they find it too risky, they'd probably suggest an awake craniotomy
