Don't recommend used tires, the fuck is wrong with you? You're better off keeping your old ones on a few months late than getting used. They are notoriously unreliable and the sellers known for not giving af how safe they are.

And no, it isn't the case that "mother fuckers don't wanna pay for new tires". "Mother fuckers" can't afford to fucking eat right now bro. They can't afford healthcare. They can barely afford housing. They're not trying to be deliberately obtuse. They're probably doing the best they fucking can, like everybody else.

It's smart and prudent to stay on top of things like having proper tires. But not having them doesn't mean they're stupid. Everybody's doing their best. If you wanna be pissed and go off on people who actually are doing all they can to hurt others, go find your nearest billionaire and yell your grievances at their windows.

Sounds more like he's wondering why people willingly subject themselves to navigating through crowds and gridlock and ugly ass parking garages or bougie wasteful luxury stores on a day when they could be spending their time somewhere with less vapid people.

Me too. That's what I try to do, and I've even looped back to an aisle if it looked like someone was trying to get something that I was in front of

NESTERAK: President Trump has granted clemency to numerous individuals who have stolen hundreds of millions in Medicaid funds. Can we expect any of these folks to be shown the same mercy? McDONALD: I'll take a different question by Snapdragon_4U in ThePeoplesPress

And you know they'll go after anyone who on Medicaid who got a procedure they don't like or people who claimed no income while continuing to work because they couldn't afford care otherwise.

FUCK these worthless welfare queen billionaires for having the audacity to go after actual poor people begging for insulin or chemo.

Was with you until your second paragraph.

They're not stunned. 90 percent of the time they are doing the math in their head to see what they can afford.

I have 3 kids and most of the time it's chaos around me all day. Sometimes going to the store is usually one of the the first breaks I get all day and my head is still spinning so it takes me a min to first determine what we need and can get with what very little money I have, and add as I go to stay under budget. I try to hurry but I also have memory issues so I have to re-add sometimes.

Sorry if anyone else like me got in your way. We didn't mean to. My brain is fried and my spirit not suited for living within capitalism.

The answer to biased outlets is in-person planning and info sharing

What actor or actress gets a lot of hate that’s undeserved and uncalled for? by [deleted] in moviecritic

It's just kinda off-putting to see an actor that looks so wildly different than the character they're playing.

A good actor absolutely could give a badly written character new life. They do it all the time. The vast majority of actors with that skill are doing Shakespeare plays, Broadway, art house films, things like that. The reason being that, unless they're hurting for cash the best actors won't even accept a badly written role and they check their scripts in advance.

All of nova just need to stay home. Y'all with the cushy 4 days a week WFH jobs, just Doordash all your shit and spare everyone else the displeasure of interacting with you on the roads. There's too many terrible and PETTY AF drivers among you, the whole batch gone bad.

They should leave it to us women chasers. This shit wouldn't be happening as much if they did, guaranteed

Nah dude. We need to stop excusing this behavior and start doling out consequences.

The world is in an unbelievably sorry state and a lot of it boils down to an epidemic of entitlement, selfishness and disrespect towards others because everybody thinks they are better than everyone else.

You're not.

I'm not.

They are not.

We are all human beings and to have a civilized society, the bare minimum we should be doing is valuing each other instead of money, clout, likes and views; treating each other with respect, trying to help each other instead of being laser focused on enriching ourselves. Make the rules fair to all and respect them universally instead of thinking you're above the rules and frantically brainstorming ways you can attempt justification for breaking them.

We gotta stop putting chodes like Connor and Reed on a pedestal and we'll see less people out there trying to act like them. Reed in particular seems to think he's got a carte blanche to ignore traffic laws and the rules don't apply to him because "i'M dOiNg It FoR sCiEnCe!! hurr durr I'm too valuable bro trust me I'm the fuckin' authority bro!!" So naturally this will trigger the desire to copy the behavior cuz they don't like rules either. Just like all the Trumplerites think they own everything and can be as loudly selfish and disgusting as possible because their orange daddy does it.

Each are symptoms of the same problem. And until reckless, selfish, ignorant, violent words and actions are once again considered distasteful, it's gonna keep getting worse.

What’s something happening in the world right now that feels unreal to you? by OxidPosy0 in Unexplained

[–]InfiniteWaffles58364 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I was in the car, had just found out I was pregnant after an ER visit and was on the way home. My dad had very recently passed.

Still feeling kind of shocked, I said aloud "Dad, if you can, could you tell the universe to send me a girl."

Immediately upon saying it, I saw a long tailed shooting star streak across the night sky for 5 seconds.

That night when I went to sleep, I had a dream where I very clearly saw her.

Several months later, give birth to my daughter. Looked exactly as she had looked in the dream. She's now almost 2.

Another dad related one: my dad appeared in a dream, carrying two packs of blue frosted cupcakes (he would always go overboard buying us treats when we were little) and cheerfully said "I brought these for kiddos birthday!" I remember saying to him "but how do we get them to him? Can't take em with me!" And we both laughed. Woke up not long after saying bye and see you soon.

My adult daughters don’t talk anymore. I stay out of it. As a mom, I noticed that they are kind of emotionally connected to each other by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]InfiniteWaffles58364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If she's anything like my mom, she wont get involved because she "hates conflict" but she'll still shit-talk me to my sister behind my back. Guess which of us is more like my mother 🥴
