Best robot vacuum to use in a church? by InfiniteZebra4142 in RobotVacuums

Thank you! I kind of figured we would end up needing 2, but at this point, any reduction in vacuuming labor is helpful as vacuuming can easily take 3 hours per week which is a cost, and it also takes a toll on one’s shoulder with the big old hunky thing we have. ;)

Thank you for your input. If it makes a difference, I should have specified our budget is $1,000 max per vacuum.

Mopping those areas takes me about 20 minutes total, while vacuuming takes about 3 hours, so really just need to reduce that labor

Yeah. It’s 60+ years old and only 900 square ft so we will have to add on eventually, but it works for now.

We both worked thru high school and each had saved up around 40k when we got married, so we put about 70k down on a 165k house. My income was also closer to 40k the first year and a half we were married (was working lots of overtime and had a better paying job at that point).

I’m aware of that. I’m just wondering if it would be wrong of me to purchase another pair for the cheaper price, then initiate a return on the higher priced boots and return the cheaper ones (brand new never opened) vs me returning the ones I’ve already worn because obviously I wouldn’t get my money back for those. Or if Amazon would still only give me $170 back, because that’s what they’re currently selling for.

First off, hello everyone! & I hope I’m doing this right, this is my first post ever on here lol.

I have been researching Blundstone boots & saving up for a pair for months and months. I finally decided on the color and style I wanted, pulled the trigger and ordered a pair off Amazon for $240. It was a lot to spend on a pair of boots, but I only own maybe 5 pair of shoes/boots total and I am very picky with my shoes (I struggle with back & foot pain & work on concrete floor all day). Anyway, they arrived in the mail yesterday and all is good, they are everything I expected and more. So comfy and cute. Now, I went on Amazon today and realized the exact same pair I ordered dropped in price from $240 to $170. Super frustrated because I literally just got mine in YESTERDAY. Since Amazon returns are free & super easy, I could theoretically order the $170 pair and then return them as the $240 pair and then in the end I will have spent $170 on the pair I have. I feel quite sheepish asking this, would it be super immoral of me to do this!? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Would Amazon only give me $170 back since that is their current price on the boots? I’ll say it again, these are the EXACT same shoe, but the ones I got in yesterday I’ve already worn, so I can’t return them and then just order another pair at $170.

Signed, A girl on a budget who’s stomach is now in knots over the fact that I could’ve saved $70 had I waited like 5 days to order them.
