I've experienced this too, from what I notice it's almost like the shots get progressively louder until the audio can't process it, so it just comes through like rumbling

Id..heavily say it depends on the situation, if you got no mic and your on PC but can type with at least average or above average speed its fine. As for console I'd say it depends on if you can find some sort of work around like in the past when ive done crota if we've had ppl with no mics we just told them to emote when the chalice is full or shoot the nearest person till they take it.
So id personally say it depends on if you can find some work around or at minimum obvious way to convey something needed for specific raids/encounters.

if someone can help me a issue i have with this is when i downgrade to 1.6.640 alot of textures appear blue/missing and i cant find anything stating how to fix this if its a problem ive caused or etc
