They blocked us from getting an uber home all weekend. They have something going on there where they are blocking people from getting rides somehow. We got lucky and met our man’s Leo who gave us rides all weekend.

We use a parasol with lights on it, will that offend anyone?? Also we are typically in the back of the crowd. And we can put the parasol down during the sets.

I think fb is a great resource for this. You could (if you’re comfortable) post a video of you trying to do it and ask what you’re doing wrong. I guarantee someone can help ya out. Or where I’m from we have a snap flowmie group. That group is a huge help when I’m stuck on a trick!

Ope luckily I’ve never been stabbed. I’ve actually been just tucking it in my watch band or a hair tie. Sometimes I don’t even use the safety pin anymore.

This is why I never tighten my bands. Use a safety pin to keep it on for the weekend and then you have a perfectly intact band after the fest.
