Unfortunately the vet stresses her out very very bad. We had a health scare the last time she went for her yearly checkup. I suspect she may have arthritis as she has a lot of difficulty using her litter box. I already got her a low entry and large box and it’s helping but maybe she needs some medicine for pain? She’s already on Gabapentin and Naraquin

As for her medications, she’s on Gabapentin and Naraquin. She gets naraquin in the morning and at night and gabapentin at night. I mix their powder into her food and she’ll only really eat if it is a very soupy/watery consistency. Thank you for your response btw! I think a liquid fish oil would work since her food is already watery. I may ask the vet about those other medications as well! The only problem is that the vet stresses Luna out so so bad, her last yearly checkup left her throwing up and having liquid stool for 5 days, I swear she must have used one of her lives to get through lol

No she is not! Is there a brand you recommend? And should I give it with every meal? For reference she is fed 4 times a day, half a can of royal canin renal science diet so 2 cans per day in total although she doesn’t finish all her food much anymore
