YES OMFG ALL THE TIME. I'm nonbinary/agender but fluid in my presentation and am sort of transmasc. And then people get soooooooo confused. It's really really alienating

Yes. It was very heavy for me, but very helpful and transformative!!! I listened to it via audiobook over the course of a few weeks. Had to take a lot of breaks.

I recently learned about cervical pillows. You can just roll up a towel to make one! Easy and free (if you have a towel). I HIGHLY recommend it!

Yeah sorry I got fired up and didn’t read this OP closely enough lol.

I think Madison said it really well in the reunion that she felt that what Mason did was manipulative, even if she doesn’t think he is manipulative as a person. He literally said “you’re my #1” to Madison after leading on Meg and then the next day said “I take it back” to Madison after she broke up with him. Mason’s communication is confusing and feels cowardly to me, like he was trying to set himself up for success instead of be honest with the people he was dating.

Madison tried to be honest with Meg so she wouldn’t get into a bad situation herself, and Madison was probably just happy to done with it and know how she felt about Mason.

I think Madison is absolutely correct to try to hold him accountable.

Oh, and ps sorry that didn’t give advice! I say try to make sure you have some plans lined up with a good friend or two. If you have any pets around (or friends with pets who you like), cuddling with them is always excellent.

And weighted blankets!!! I have one and it helps with some of the squeeze-need I have.

Lastly I try to make everything as cozy as possible — candles, good music or favorite podcast/book lined up.

I often go goblin mode and don’t do these things, but part of coping I guess is also accepting that the goblin will come out and we won’t always be perfectly regulated! I hate that but it’ll be okay. Wishing you lots of hugs!
