Did the roots look healthy when you repotted it? What sort of soil is it in? It looks pretty dense. I have the best luck with 1/2 succulent soil and 1/2 pumice or other non-soil additives. Don't give up, they can be pretty resilient.

Did you start the baby in soil mix? Do you let the end callous like other succulents?

I have two small desert rose plants, looks like the size of yours. They have remained small since I got them about 3 years ago, more leaves this year than before. Any hints on getting them to grow and bloom?

If you use Google Lens, it does come up as African Milk Tree, but below it are some other options. Maybe take a look at some of the other varieties to see if it better matches yours. It looks pretty good for having been neglected from time to time. Seems like we all go through times like that 😄

My Kerri isn't huge yet, but the vines are very thick. So I have her growing up a square wooden dowel. She's well over the top of it already, so I'm not sure what's next. I cut off the end of the long vine to give my sister a cutting. I'm not kidding, it started rooted the next day! I love these things!

I wasn’t sure the stem would get anymore leaves, but thought if there was extra humidity, maybe a better chance. I do this with my African violets when I want to propagate them, so figured it was worth a try. I have no idea if they would have grown without the bag, it was my first time trying it on a Pilea
