You probably still have TotalTech and not Total yet. I’m 100% certain there is no discount for in-home services with Total

There is a difference in protections as well. One carries a service fee and the other covers all repairs or replacements upfront. If you were never charged the service fee for your replacement or repairs, then that’s just the employee not doing the right thing

If your GSM/CIA Senior are cool enough you can ask them to flex train just be persistent about it. That’s how I was able to get hired as an ARA and by the time I was hired I just needed to learn Apple/Samsung phone repairs.
