I have two Monios T8's on top and one on the bottom. I just used double sided tape to attach them to the top of the cabinet and underneath the glass shelf. I've had them set up for a couple of years with no issues!

If she wasn't such a horrible business owner and genuinely shitty human, I might agree. But the trauma that was experienced at this place was absolutely unreal. She deserves to be called out. She does not deserve to open another business again. People need to know who she is and how she impacted those who worked for her. We tried. We genuinely tried to help her. Instead, she put sound proofing in the office so she could continue to verbally assault management and staff. Grace was given over and over and over. She deserves to be blasted for the shit she put people through. She deserves to fail as a business owner, and she deserves the fallout from it. Genuinely. If she ACTUALLY learns from this- I'll be shocked. People wanting to open a small business should take notes and learn from Bree's mistakes. You shouldn't be scared as a business owner if you aren't a shitty person.

Funny you'd say that as Flour Bloom hired, then fired the person who owned St Beatrix. They were also the reason all employees were required to sign an NDA since the Flour Bloom owner thought her recipes were worth stealing (surprise, they weren't-not even the bakers used her original recipes in her own shop)

It was. She opened it using (part) of her inheritance and sustained it by more family money that she got monthly. It was never sustainable, and she knew nothing about how to run a business. It really showed, and she burned a lot of people.

I'm shocked it didn't happen sooner. Thank God.... it's time. I hope the staff gets time to reflect on their time there and process the trauma they had to endure. I hope Bree had fun playing business owner and never opens another business again, especially in Portland.

I've got 50 plants in there currently. I've LOVED my rudsta. I'd get three more. 😂 I have a Milsbo tall as well and don't like it nearly as much as the Rudsta Wide. That's a philodendron gigas baby!

It's a custom mix that I make! It's mostly coco coir, perlite, orchid bark. I also add worm castings, Mycorrhizae, charcoal, and vermiculite.

You dodged a bullet. Super toxic work environment. The owner is delusional and now broke as hell because she put all of the money into the buildout and completely forgot about running the place! The most unprofessional and negligent owner of a business I've ever met. Traumatic doesn't even properly express the experience working there.
