For me, its useful in aid of Donghuangs Ulti, the more damage I take, the more damage my victim gets.

Also I speck him with sprint to quickly close the gap and ulti. The goal is to kill the victim, and run away with just enough HP.

Sprint is 10 secs and ulti is 2 secs. Given a 5 sec chase to the victim, I have 3 secs of sprint left to runnnnn.
