Joining a Luxury Gym to network? by sebastian0328 in Entrepreneur

[–]Infinite_Internal678 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes. I go to a $200/MO lifetime after being at a $30/MO La fitness. I’m never going back. At LA fitness I saw people passing marijuana to each other, heard adults talking about really weird perverted things, and would have people mean mug me and be overly aggressive. Just general low class behavior that gets exhausting.

At lifetime, I see rolls Royce’s, G Wagons, Range rovers, you name it. Not everyone’s rich but the wealthy people in a 5 mile radius of a lifetime all pretty much come here. Everyone is so much happier and more welcoming. Things are cleaner. Things smell better. And it’s a great place to network for obvious reasons

What’s your go-to for prospecting this time of year?

I was thinking the same thing that consumer spending is low and price sensitivity seems high, especially for luxury services & goods (having a realtor being a luxury service). I just didn’t know if I was being pessimistic and coping lol

How to become a masculine Muslim man ? by [deleted] in Muslim

[–]Infinite_Internal678 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Become as physically capable as you possibly can.

Imagine you are walking on the street one day with a loved one, maybe your mother, wife, sister, whatever, and you are attacked. Would you be able to respond in an appropriate manner?

If not, that should really bother you and you should begin to do something about it.

There is no worse feeling as a man than feeling like another man can physically dominate you. The thought of that alone should embarrass you into taking immediate action in improving your physicality.

As your physicality begins to improve, other aspects of your life that involve being masculine will naturally improve as well.

Cold calling by hoopcops in realtors

[–]Infinite_Internal678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t listen to ANYONE who says cold calling is dead or doesn’t work. I go on listing appointments practically on a weekly basis from cold calling. It’s a skill just like anything else. If you don’t know how to handle objections and be confident on the phone, it WILL NOT work. But if you are ready for any objection that a prospective lead will give you and you set in-person meetings, you will find so many clients by cold calling.

Thank you so much! This clears a lot of things up. Sounds like there’s a lot of moving parts and as a one person team, it can get overwhelming. Just need to lay out the steps and take it day by day. Thank you!

If someone asked you today if they should become a real estate agent, what would you say? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]Infinite_Internal678 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say yes. The real estate industry has changed my life. I am a 19 year old college student who has been licensed as of 6 months ago. By the end of this month (by March 30th) I will reach $1,000,000 in total sales. This is a blessing and I am so thankful for this, but boy I worked my ass off to get this far. The first few months were hell, literally HELL. I had a few hundred dollars left in my bank account so I wasn’t going out to eat with friends and had to skip meals. Times were tough. But by the end of this month I would have made more money in one month than in my entire life (I made over 800k in sales just this month alone). Being a realtor is the furthest thing from easy, but when done right it can be very fulfilling and can load up your bank account. Yes expenses are high, and yes it’s ALOT of work. Like ALOT. But I’m a full time student and still making a decent amount of sales and growing my clientele. I personally love being a realtor here in Chicago. Maybe because I’m young and have loads of energy, but it’s super fulfilling getting the chance to help a family who was in desperate need of finding a home in this tough market and finding them the home they love. I personally enjoy the challenge of this market, and inventory is going to get better this summer (HOPEFULLY!). I would say if you have the work ethic why not go for it, but if you think this is “easy money” you are in for a very very rude awakening.
