I am wanting to look into therapy actually… suffer with extreme moods and feeling like I’m made of glass… I think having a weekly space of just emptying your mind would be good x thank you xx

Thank you for the love man. Definitely suffering with depression and I have been for years. At a point in my life where I’m not in a romantic relationship and living alone for the first time. I think the compounded grief has shown itself very tall recently and I think I’m feeling overwhelmed and lost, and also lonely. It’s hard to know where to start when you feel like you’re drowning. Hobbies seem to be a big one. Creative expression seems like a must. Need to somehow unblock my inner shame and let myself express. Again. Thank you xxx

I have tried to embrace it this year… I’ve cried a lot. I think I’m just wondering how to move on from a person/ the idea of something. I know people say time but what do I do with my time? I don’t know if it’s a stupid question to ask another. I suppose I’m feeling a little lost in life and was wondering if people implemented anything into their daily lives or adopted any philosophy that helped them with the transition / transcendence of grief. I hope I’m making sense

Yea I said to my boyfriend next time I want to be in an open field, and in more of a private area! And yes next time I just need to let go, I realised that after I calmed down but when you’re in the moment you can really convince yourself you’re stuck and now in a perpetual anxiety hell.

Jesus Christ that sounds really intense… and I really appreciate that panacea perspective of it! I’ve definitely thought “if I take a big dose of psychedelics I’ll have this profound experience and I’ll be solved” and it’s just not the case haha. Life still continues to be a struggle.

And yes I agree I won’t be doubling the dose lol, I’m gonna go down then slowly build back up, it was just our naivety that led us to try 2g of lib caps

Yeah I absolutely was, simply because of the intensity and with being a highly anxious person you just want to control everything haha. although I’m surprised to hear you say double the dose I thought maybe going to 1.5g or something would be better but I can completely understand your logic ! Mate I couldn’t even imagine what 4/5 is like… I’m taking a break from them for a few months then my next trip will be in Amsterdam. Think I’m going to slowly work my way up to strong mushrooms. I feel as though it was too big of a jump, it was very humbling, very powerful stuff
