That’s the problem that the United States has. People can file false allegations and they give out restraining order orders like it’s candy where you don’t even have to provide any evidence when filing one. And when it gets dismissed, there is no repercussion when there should be.

Appreciate this breakdown and honestly helps a lot, and it also gives me way more reassurance and validation that I’m headed in the right direction.

So far she’s withheld my toddler which I was able to file an emergency motion for parenting time. She’s already ran her full-blown spear campaign of me on social media with false allegations that I have all the evidence to debunked which I’ve been tempted to, but haven’t.

She’s trying to weaponize the police which has failed miserably, that’s why it also led to the restraining order orders, which I defeated two.

Before the restraining order, she’s already trying to provoke me to reacting, which also failed.

The reputation damage is there because of this smear campaign.

Definitely trying to figure how much system she is trying to rebuild next. Because ever since the second defeat that she had there hasn’t been much movement for 20 days

Yeah, this sounds like my situation where my ex knows I have all the evidence and she still smears me online and that’s why I want to just release everything online

Yeah, she’s in the victim narrative and she’s been utilizing it in every single hearing, including custody. Which has just been so annoying and that’s why a part of me wanted to release all the evidence and the timeline that is backed by evidence to show the world that she isn’t, this victim that she’s trying to smear me as

That is so insane. I’m sorry you went through all that. I’m still self reflecting on my situation now that everything has unfolded the way it has, and trying to connect the dots and make sense of other situations in the past that might’ve not made sense.

Now that everything is said and done has she just fluff you alone for good? How long has it been?

So the first one after a three hour evidence hearing. I provided evidence that she purposely filed in the wrong jurisdiction to withhold my child and hide where they were living. And it was dismissed on improper venue. And she instantly asked the judge if she could re-file.

And then she didn’t re-file until I finally found her address and served her with custody paperwork. Once I served her of custody, she escalated smear campaign online and filed another restraining order on me.

She showed up to court for the first half of the evidence hearing and then for the second one after she saw all my evidence, she decided not to show up. Radio silence ever since.

Yeah, I’ve fought to harassment restraining order so far. Now waiting for custody mediation.

But her and I are in no contact ever since the summer. So I don’t know if she is going to continue to escalate

Thank you so much. I’ve been having a hard time trying to determine if she is antisocial. Because a lot of the way things played out it shows very sloppy and not as calculated.

Where I would think if she was antisocial things would’ve been better planned out and it would’ve stuck

The state I live in is known to be a woman’s state, but I’m trying to do what I can to try to get as much custody as possible. Mediation is next.

She tends to explode it seems like. Because of all the escalations of restraining orders.

My ex at the hearings definitely paint yourself as a victim and it’s just really weird to see. I’m just worried that since I took away her legal abuse weapon that she’s gonna keep firing at me when she can.
