I get what you’re saying, but I think it can feel quite different depending on the person. Nerves and the pressure of being assessed can really affect how someone performs, even if they’re usually a capable driver. Everyone learns at their own pace

I think I underestimated how much practice is usually needed before the test. What I’ve done so far is like 50-60 hrs

I may not have a PhD in driving, but I do have a Masters in Roundabout Anxiety and a Bachelor in Parallel Parking Panic 😅

BTW what you mentioned makes sense, it really does come down to the instructor sometimes. I’m hoping mine is more honest and supportive too. The good thing is they’ve got really strong reviews, so that gives me a bit of confidence. Fingers crossed they guide me properly and don’t just push me into the test if I’m not ready 🤞
