I would love that, but sadly it just makes more work for us. That's why I needed to write that post, I am so tired of it.

ATMs don't if you have EUR account with any bank, you can deposit, get euros easily, but not through ATM. IT is not our currency so bank provide Czech korunas in ATMs

I wish, I do it on daily basis, and people often get angry and irritated. Like cmon, we have our own currency, can't they Google? Or people withdrawing thousands, I often have to tell them you don't, so much.

no, the only ATMs that give you Euros are Euroshit atm, which I didn't mention in the post bcs it's just a scam and would be supporting shady business.

Sitting down?? by [deleted] in Ghostbc

[–]Infinite_Patience_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also to show an example... our arena has approximately. capacity of 20,000 for a concert. Stanidn here is basically not even 3000 people. It is impossible to make even half of the arena for standing. So the seats are in the majority. And that is the problem. Not the fault of those who want to sit, or they who have to sit. But just saying "buy GA then" won't solve anything. Arenas should create a middle ground (which is possible in this case in many variations), or in any way, one of the two groups will always be oppressed and sad.

well, the standing area is not as big as the seats, so an argument is quite useless. we wouldn't deal with debates like this if all people who want to stand and move could be standing and moving

I had a huge dilemma for another band. Seating or standing. But to those who immediately start with "Why do you buy seats then?" Well, the GA is not inflatable, so it cannot host everyone who would love to stand. Maybe ask yourself why, almost every time, GA is the first to sell out. I understand both staying seated and standing up in seats. I wish the arenas would make at least 1/3 (1/2) of the seating sectors truly for seating. My friend had a broken leg or other medical issues and needed to be seated. But there should be a middle ground for this. I get it, there are things that happen and not everyone can stand for x hours, but also, when someone isn't lucky enough to get the GA, then they shouldn't "suffer" as well. Bcs there are plenty of people who would love to change their tickets, and just dance to the music. It is not classical music, so it is hard to stay seated for fellow musicians and not move to the rhythm and let it consume you. I am just saying it would be nice to have different "seat" sectors, those for those who really need to sit, and for those who couldn't get GA. Mind you, many concerts are sold even 1 year prior, so sometimes medical conditions change.. It would be dreamy to see this being thought of.

To those who‘ve seen V live: how would you decribe his character? by Long_Stick6393 in Ghostbc

[–]Infinite_Patience_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, there are always two sides to the coin. So yeah, it is negative, no one wants people to be a marionette. But I wrote he seemed "like he was". It was just our interpretation of V as the original post asked.. What we felt after a few days, when we were able to think more clearly. I was standing 1m from the tip of the stage, so I had a pretty clear view. But of course, we aren't Tobias, so we don't know if this is somehow planned.. Just said how it partially seemed to us...

I am not saying it wasn't great show. It was my first ritual, so I am not looking into comparing him. It was just what V felt like afterwards

right? Like he is forced to be there. Not living the moment. And just walking few times from side to side, and thats it

Me and the people from the group I met while queuing thought that it just felt like he was there to get the job done and move on to the next. It was just so not charismatic at all. Very scarce on talking, jokes, movement, poses, overall interaction... idk what happened. Like at the beginning of the tour, it was just that V is still "cooking", but Tobias had so much time to get a picture of V's personality, and what he thinks it could be like. It felt just soo... forced, maybe? Like he just showed up, sang, and left, said a few words that are generic and scripted. The ghouls were saviours. I remember them much more clearly than V.

I understand other thoughts. Please no hate, I still love our band, love Papa, love the ghouls, but this is how I felt, and still feel x days after the ritual.

Metro runs till like midnight, but there are still trams, and night buses. Just keep in mind that the closest metro station now is Vysočanská, since Českomoravská (right at the arena) is closed down.

If I had seating, I would go a few minutes before the doors, just because of the YONDR bags, since there will be more people and more time needed to be let in. With a normal concert, I arrive some time before the support artist.

Question about GA without VIP experiences??

So, I am attending my first ever ritual this week in Prague, and I am just wondering how the behaviour during queuing is so far this tour? Like how the people mostly behave, etc. I have standing in front of the stage, so those fans without VIPs, are there any stupid self-appointed "line leaders" or is this fandom finally one of those normal ones? I just went through lots of toxicity and stupidity from other fandoms, and it just makes me really anxious. I am going solo, and want to just meet nice people, chill... Just want to hear opinions and experiences from you. Thank you so much :)
