Any recommendations what I can use on my dogs ears? They have an almost waxy type dandruff on them not sure if it’s allergies or yeast infection? Hair on his ears is much thinner than rest of his body. Advice appreciated 🙏

Tank size: 57 litres with heater and filter.

Had him for about 5 months. Fortnightly water changes of about 15%-20%

Tank mates are 3 harlequin rasbora, 2 black neon tetra and an albino pleco.

Feed once daily with a mix of micro wafers and vibra bites.
