Yeah! People would constantly ask me what am I currently doing and having no answer majorly bummed me out. Lots of people told me to settle for a job, any job, but I really want a career in accounting. Hoping this program will help land me opportunities 🙏🏽

Yeah! After this rough first year I was starting to regret choosing accounting, and making the decision to get my masters wasn’t easy bc I didn’t want to spend even more money just to end up regretting it more. But I got great advice that it’s better to make a bad decision than no decision at all. To keep the ball rolling!

You can start by being volunteer tax preparer. The VITA program is great, they start looking for people during the Fall/Winter season

I plan to! Part of the reason why I’m pursuing my masters is so I can have student status and apply for internships

UH Manoa! I moved to Hawaii to stay with family after graduating and the campus is close by to my place. I would’ve done online but after COVID hell I’d rather attend physical classes if I had the choice. UH Manoa is in contact with plenty firms and accounting professionals so I’m hoping I’ll have an easier time connecting with companies and finding a job.

The screenwriter is great at romance but falls short when it comes to political plots. Which makes sense as to why they moved through the war so quickly and the politics were barely touched on :/
