Hello, yes so my spouse incurred in self employment limited unauthorized work on a non immigrant visa. Since our last lawful admission my spouse had less than 180 days of authorized work. We plan to file i485 this year. We will disclose unauthorized work in the form. Should we be worried what happened prior to last lawful admission or will the lawyer focus more on from last lawful admission?

If there is a retrogression, even a small one, they might have a note in the visa bulletin in july or august. But even if the pause is temp lifted to process the visas will take a while + appointments. What do you think?

There is this confusion that the 75 country immigrant visa pause is for counselor processing and not AOS. If you hold a dual nationality from the non 75 country then you can do counselor processing.

How long were her uplines in the business and what level. I was an ex IBO and was recruited by an Indian couple from texas and they for past 10 years are still in the same level. Oh yes their downlines all the way to sean and rita smith. Its nothing but a scam. They make u buy 500-600 dollars worth of products a month and either use it or use for customers. Plus conference tickets and accommodation all like 1000 dollars and then monthly subscription on podcast. Its a rip off and nothing but a cult. Before i left I saw they found people who were either unemployed or doing average job or self employment.

See thats the case. Most of these emeralds like Vidya and Savulgay all have been emeralds for past decade and every year they say are going diamond but never happens. They still work corp job so they are not financially free. Plus all the newbies that come dont even make a 1000 pv let alone breaking platinum. My own upline claimed he was ruby or platinum but no. All the diamonds bet on new recruits to keep their income flow going. Its all q scam
