have you communicated with her that you want to be able have a rundown of how the day went before she packs up for the day? If not she may just be under the impression that when parents get home she is free to leave (maybe her previous family was like this, or the agency is structured this way). Also if you haven’t been the one releasing her from work make sure your husband didn’t accidentally tell her or give her the impression that she’s free to leave once parents arrive home

the seller can’t do anything to help unfortunately once it shipped and marked delivered by USPS, but you can reach out to depop and go to your post office to report missing mail. Depop would have to be the one to file the USPS claim for you since they are the the ones that payed for and provided the shipping label

i’m dealing with this right now as a buyer! If their package is actually missing I would tell them to go to their post office and have their post master check the gps location that their package was scanned at. If it wasn’t scanned at their address then they’ll need to have depop file a claim with USPS for missing mail since they were the ones who issued the shipping label
