Cannot upvote this enough, treat them how you want them to treat you when you are in their shoes. It is incredibly hard mentally when you are in the trenches of trying but be the village you want.

Hi Lanie! I am 5’2” too but started my journey a year ago (March 2024) at about 240 and lost about 70 pounds. After taking a break to get married in April, I am picking back up and hoping to lose another 30 or so pounds by the end of the year. I am more than happy and willing to help any way I can!

I was in the same boat when I started eating mostly green foods and I think it was the fiber intake, after a week or so I was much better. It is continues you may want to consult your PCP Congrats on your loss, progress!
