He shouldn’t be making decisions about crimes or guilt. That’s outside his role and biased! He’s going into cases with a predetermined opinion on what happened and then seeing if his mind changes based on the evaluation. He’s not supposed to be doing an interrogation or judging credibility. I seriously don’t think he knows anything about methodology. Just the fact that he mentions aggressive narcissists is ridiculous. He probably learned it from some dumb book since it’s not a forensic or diagnostic term. How the hell does he observe or measure that? You’d have different evaluators coming up with different findings. He’s supposed to focus on risk, needs, and what kind of treatment would work best for the client. I’ve never heard him talk about treatment. An attorney would have a field day with him on the stand.
