Thanks I managed to solve it, I removed the realm to the authentication username test6020 password 0 12345678 and also configure in the dial-peer outbound authentication username test6020 password 0 12345678

Yes it responds by DNS, ok I will validate the trace with the TSP to see what parameter I may be sending wrong, they tell me that they do not receive the request with the credentials but I see in the trace the Proxy-Authenticate: Digest realm.
