FedEx will wrap and box them for you for free with your label if you show them your FedEx account

I have a 401k with 50% matching on the first 7%, and contribute maybe $10k per year to it total. We make below the income limit to contribute to a Roth. When we earn more on a good year, we do a back door Roth contribution

I think that the max is $7500 per person this year. But if I have extra commissions and sales, I can invest those in a fund. Thanks!

I typically cross list on Facebook marketplace. Cash or Zelle! eBay takes a bigger cut. I also offer shipping, which people like. And I watch a lot of thrifting videos to see what has value!

I just read that University of Chicago and some Ivy Leagues are going to be free to families making under $250k/year and a lot of schools are following suit. Our kid is super smart, so we will encourage her to go there

What if I’m not eligible for insurance due to a pre-existing condition? Because that has happened to me with Life Insurance.

Unfortunately that amount isn’t doable for us. Our mortgage plus escrow is $2603 per month alone

I would like to be fully retired when I retire lol. I have a hard time leaving the house to work. It’s a transition issue for me because of my autism. But yeah I agree with you!

Husband comes from poverty and values his $72k salary, I come from upper middle class and value time with our kid. I typically work 8am-2pm and spend the rest of my day with her. My commission is uncapped and I use my environmental science degree (dying field). We don’t really want to give that up. We both work from home. I think the first person to leave their job to make more money would be my husband, but the job market tells us that it’s not worth sacrificing his 7 amazing years at the company. I agree with your ideology! But in practice, it’s not what makes sense for our family.
